• Is there a booking fee?

Yes, there is a $50 non-refundable booking fee to secure your session.

 

• What if I need to reschedule my session?

Rescheduling within three days of the official date requires a $65 rescheduling fee. However, if you reschedule with more than three days’ notice, this fee is waived.

 

Session Policies

 

• Can I add extra photos after the session?

Absolutely! Additional retouched photos are available for $35 each if you’d like to add on to your package after the session.

 

• How long do I have to choose my photos?

You have two days to approve and respond with the number of photos you’d like.

 

• Will my photos be delivered in a particular order?

Photos may be delivered in any order based on the current production schedule.

 

Turnaround Time and Rush Fees

 

• What is the standard turnaround time?

The turnaround time for receiving your photos is 7-10 business days.

 

• Can I request a quicker turnaround?

Yes! For a $100 rush fee, you can receive a faster turnaround on your photos.

 

Lateness and Session Timing

 

• What happens if I am late to my session?

Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in a $30 late fee, which also cuts into your session time. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the session will be rescheduled with a rescheduling fee.
